Heavy Fire was assigned by the G. I. Joe Headquarters to help the Killer W.H.A.L.E. crew in missions in the North of Brazil (mainly Amazon river).

After more that 20 years of intense training and practice in missions within all the equatorial forests in the world, Heavy Fire has developed great strategic and fast response skills and can work with the crew in the best formation to use the highest skills of each crewmember and take advantage against the Cobra enemy in the hot and wet weather in the North of Brazil.
