There has always been a need for more Cobra soldiers willing to work in polar conditions. Extreme cold can discourage even the bravest warrior.

These guys were an experiment in developing more polar troops. They were really hard to make as white does not coat read very easily. The final product turned out well although in retrospect I should have changed the Tele-Vipers arms as they are exposed to the cold.
