Cat is the obligatory Ninja for Killers, Inc. (Suicide Squad), a group of mercenaries. Sometimes working with Cobra, sometimes gunning for Cobra--it depends on who's footing the bill. These guys will go anywhere and do anything for the right price, and of course, they know they might not come back...

I've been a fan of KISS since I was 7, and thought it would be cool to figure out how they would work as Joes. Thanks to sgartz for the help in identifying parts!
