Sandman from Spiderman toys

Destro supplies Cobra with weapons through his M.A.R.S. Corporation. He holds no loyalties to Cobra, so Destro is able to side with whichever group suits his needs.

Destro is one of the coolest of the G.I. Joe characters. His silver mask and bold personality sets him apart from the rest.

This custom was made from a 6-inch Sandman figure. The hair was sanded smooth to make a bald head. The painting scheme matches an unreleased Spy Troops figure which I purchased from Singapore on eBay.
