After recovering from a horrible car "accident" at the hands of Scrap Iron, Billy was custom-fitted with a prosthetic leg by Fred. Billy was trained in the art of Ninjitsu by Storm Shadow and remains one of the most skillful members of the G.I. Joe team. He has continued his training under Snake Eyes.

Since his father is Cobra Commander, Billy's fate remains unclear. Will he continue to fight on the side of good with the G.I. Joe team, or will the evil in his blood take control?
