This custom was based off Devil's Due issue 11 where the Drednoks and Joes are trying to take out the super BAT Mindbender created. Heavy Duty was sporting a grenade launcher and eventually had his shirt ripped off. I am currently planning to use this custom, my Roadblock custom, and a custom shirtless Rock N Roll to man the guns of the VvV Pirahana river boat.

I chose to give him uncovential machine guns and a grenade launcher to make him more of a heavy weapons guy than a machine gunner.
