First, thanks to everyone who gave me suggestions on the helmet and traded with me for gear!

Well, normally I write a very detailed bio for my guys. BUT, not this guy. He was a headache to make. I was trying to get him done as a 9/11 tribute for our department, but am now just finishing him.

This is the first guy I used a dremel on. I went through 3 helmets to get it right. I had to dremel the collar to get the face mask to fit right many, many times. The crappy paint never did dry. I stripped it and painted it twice without luck and never got the helmet to stay on right with the face mask (superglue rules!). On top of that had a hell of a time taking pics. If I really get bored or need a big challenge, I will try to make another one that works better. If anyone wants to write a bio or make a filecard for him...Have fun!
