Dusty is another figure who I really thought the cartoon developed better than the comic. I was never a big fan of his original outfit and the G.I. Joe version that this figure came from was just horrid.

I thought the head was a fair likeness though and the chocolate chip SOTW uniform was just what he needed. The belt and boots (I think) actually came from the Hall of Fame Major Bludd figure. He probably needs a different rifle, maybe I will change it out later.
