Motivation: I wanted a "Cobra" looking Dr. Mindbender, that didn't resemble a clown.

Middle Piece: Tunnel Rat V.I
Upper Legs: Sci Fi V.I
Lower Legs: Sci Fi V.I
Accessories: Airtight backpack, Toxo Viper Helmet, Hose, Heavy Metal Gun, Alley Viper Clip, Miscellaneous scope.
Notes: Used a head from a Toxo Viper and cut off the ball, then drilled into the base of the head and the backpack and put a small plastic piece in and superglued it. Drilled a hole in the back of the Toxo Viper helmet and placed another plastic piece in it to attach one end of the hose to. The machine gun is pretty self explanatory.

Dr. Mindbender is proficient with most modern small arms, preferring a silenced 5.56mm Gustag Submachine Gun. He is a qualified operator of the Adder, the Stinger, and the Wolf. Dr. Mindbender has also designed a transportable version of the late Dr. Venom's Brain Wave Scanner.

It is believed that at one time Dr. Mindbender was a licensed orthodontist; he then began working on brainwave stimulation to reduce the pain of dental procedures. He then made the mistake of experimenting on himself and has become the most twisted Cobra scientist to date. Dr. Mindbender has very little known military experience; he usually relies on the knowledge of others, and then passes it of as his own. This lack of military experience does not seem to affect his leadership, he merely uses his superior intelligence to convince Cobra soldiers that the unthinkable is possible, and that failure to do so is a sign of cowardice, it appears to work.

The man is a genius; the level of his intelligence borders on insanity. Dr. Mindbender does not believe that he is now deluded from his experiments, but that he used to be.
