This is just a update of a earlier Joe. I liked the whole DEA agent thing of Cutter that they did, and I wanted to go with that.There wasn't anything too hard with this figure. It was pretty much just putting the right parts together. The arms had to be repainted all over, and I've been using a new technique with skin tone, to get rid of streaking. I just use plenty of paint and then go over it several times with clean water, and it smooths it out pretty good.
