I have wanted to do a Billy figure for quite some time now, but the biggest problem was finding the right head to do him justice. Nothing looked right to me with the eyepatch. Then wave 3 of the single packs came out and the idea of using Ace hit home. It never dawned on me because I don't use too many vehicle drivers in my customs.I also wanted to emphasize his prosthetic leg, so I kept it uncovered.
