Remembering his days as the team's original "new tech" test guy; Sgt Barney was a bit miffed when General Hawk pulled rank to test the JUMP II a few years back. So, even tho he's certainly not happy that Hawk's been paralyzed, he is happy to have the opportunity to test the latest generation of flight pack. So happy that he cajoled Batlte Force 2100's Technology Coordinator SciFi into selecting him for the job with a night out at a local nudie bar and ran up a tab that had at least one comma in it!

This one has an additional 2 exhaust ports, allwoing for even greater control, and sufficient stability to allow the pilot to hover - a great advantage in targeting.
