Just part of a project I'm considering that takes Sky Patrol members and takes them beyond the "new head-old body" of the original. In Dropzone's case, I wanted to bring out the jump-happy Special Forces trooper from his filecard.

Bio: Dropzone loves his job, every olive-drab bit of it. He's at his best when the cold wind hits his face after stepping out of a C-130 "Warbird" transport plane at 20,000 feet up. He relishes the smell of gun oil and nitro solvent on his rifle. The sound of artillery rounds soaring overhead is music to his ears. He still can't believe that he gets paid to have this much fun!

In the ninties, Dropzone was part of Sky Patrol, a part of G.I. Joe that was so secret that only Hawk knew of its existance. When G.I. Joe was disbanded, Sky Patrol's members were scattered throughout the service. With the Joe team's recent reinstatement, Sky Patrol is being reformed along with it, this time as a known and unified part of it.
