Bio: Black-Out and his brother Barrel Roll are the perfect example of sibling loyalty, when Black-Out would have been washed out from the G.I. Joe Team's training program and Barrel Roll gone on Barrel Roll went straight to Tomahawk's office and told the general that the Joes got two Stalls or none. On the battlefield you can see them fighting as one being, covering each other with no regard for their own safety.

Black-Out's a perfectionist, to him everything has to be just so. His skill with a gun isn't the natural talent Barrel Roll has, but a persistence and practice to gain that level of proficiency. That very reason is why Black-Out is often assigned to work on prototypes for new weapons and vehicles, he doesn't let any flaws get past him.
