When I first got Cobra Commander, I thought his shoulders looked bare for someone who tries to be dramatic.

Bio: For more than twenty years the man known only as Cobra Commander has been considered the greatest threat to the free world in existance. He has no morals. He has no scruples. He has no honor, no mercy, and is extremely paranoid. Intelligence gathered from (classified) has led us to believe that Cobra Commander was once a used car salesman whose business failed, traveling the country, Cobra Commander slowly gathered people in similar situations to him and led them in various paramid schemes. Eventually, believing that it was the Government's fault that his business, and those of his followers failed, the man took the name of Cobra Commander and Cobra Command itself was born.
