I always loved Arctic Troops, and I need someone to lead my small army of Snow Serpents and Ice Vipers. He came out looking quite a bit like the images of CC in Arctic gear in GI Joe the movie. I figure that if we're going to get four Cobra Commanders and Dukes a year, Hasbro should make them geared for different situations (much like Batman and other toylines that produce the same character over and over). I'm hoping to make an Officer and some of the original joes in Arctic Gear as well (a la Marvel issue #2)
