Entire body: Shipwreck v8

After just finishing my Shipwreck custom, I couldn't use this guy for him. He just doesn't look like him. So inspired by other Cutter customs, (and a desire to do nothing permanent to the figure) I added the Dollar Store figure's vest and a Target NYPD figure's belt. I thought that gave him a "Coast Guard" look. I would have liked him in a ball cap, but I don't have one handy.
