Blackjack is the best interrogator Joe has. He has the ability to make any dirtbag who has the misfortune of crossing paths with him give up any information they know, and some they didnt know they had. He has interrogated several key witnesses in various cases and got the required information in under 25 minutes. Although one man he has never been able to catch is the man known as "Firefly". He has evaded him one too many times. Making a fool of Blackjack time and time again. But he will not rest untill this guy is behind bars. and when he does nab he'll make him sing like a canary.
