I was excited when I heard there was a new version of Clutch coming out. We were told it was a new figure then it ended up being a repaint of Recondo. I started drawing up ideas for how I would modernize Clutch.
I decided I wanted Clutch to look like the version I had when i was kid. I had switched my original Clutch's arms when his thumbs broke with Flints and I liked the look of it.

I decided to do the same thing again except sculpt a lot of new parts to it. I sculpted the collar, gloves, pouches on flak vest, and belt, along with the gun holster straps.

I then went about changing the head a bit. Since I had thinned down my version of Barrel Roll keeping the face as it was with some sculpted beard and hair was all the work it needed to look different from Barrel Roll.
