All: General Tomahawk 2003

The '92 General Flagg looked NOTHING like his 'father', and the TBC Hawk mold used for Tomahawk didn't look like Hawk, but it DID look like Gen. Flagg, and I felt that son might look like father, so Gen. Abernathy remained Hawk and Tomahawk became the codename for Gen. Flagg II. The only real modifications were giving Tomahawk the traditional Joe shirt, green with red collar, and painting the patch on his right arm in a blue, white, red color scheme.

Codename: Tomahawk

Grade: O-8 (Major General)

Tomahawk is just one of the new Joes who are continuing a family tradition of serving on the team, and in his case, commanding the team. G.I. Joe and Hawk may advise Tomahawk and handle the Washington side of operations, but it's Tomahawk who's out on the field, often in the turret of one of the team's tanks, yelling for the team to charge. As capable a commander off the battlefield as on, Tomahawk is a living tribute both to the man who formed the Joe team in the eighties and those who have led the unit before him.

"Some COs, they start talking, we want to start sleeping. It's not that way with Tomahawk, simply because he knows that if we weren't ready and willing to fight, we wouldn't be here. He doesn't have to tell us why we fight, simply when, where, who, and how badly they want us to beat the other side into the ground, and that's exactly what he does... then he gears up to join us on the field."
