Life Vest: Custom Cast Part

This is a simple kitbash/LBC. Only the vest accents and the hat logo have been painted.

Being poor, I never had the W.H.A.L.E. or Cutter. That worked out for the best anyway because, even though I liked the W.H.A.L.E., I did not worship it like everyone else. I loved the smaller vehicles better...the Skyhawks, the A.T.V., Armadillo, R.A.M., the Bivouac, stuff like that.
Neither was I completely enamored of Cutter. He's fine, of course. He's a beloved figure/character for a reason, but he was always just a guy with a cap life jacket and jeans.
I'm not 100% up on my Joe lore. I'm unsure why he has a Boston Red Sox cap. He was born in Kansas. Two other items of note regarding Cutter's character. 1.) He harassed his Congressman for two years to get a job. 2.) He is said to be a particularly contrary person with "a truly bizarre sense of humor".
