I wanted to make something that combined themes from the 80s and 90s that people would never put together. I absolutely love this guy! Painting neon green really sucks but I used a torso from a Knockdown I painted last year, which saved a lot of time. (RIP, you silly little experiment. He's here in my gallery.)

Hopefully this is radical enough. I think I did fairly well on this guy and I want to 90-ify more Russians.
