Missile Launcher, Submachine Gun: Original '93 G.I.Joe Iceberg Figure
The Rest: Marauders Task Force Parts
1993 had an absolutely massive array of figures. As far as arctic themed guys, there were no less than three single carded figures (Iceberg, Frostbite, and Snow Storm), there was a snow themed ninja (whatever the heck THAT is) in Bushido, and there was a winter themed mail-in team The Arctic Commandos (Dee-Jay, Snow Serpent, Stalker, and Sub-Zero). All of the figures are successful figures as far as I'm concerned, but some are definitely better designed than others.
I tend to really gravitate towards the winter themed Joes. My favorite issues of the old comics are #2 ("Panic at the North Pole" with Kwinn), #11 ("The Pipeline Ploy" that introduced a lot of the 1983 characters), and #24 ("The Commander Escapes" with Storm Shadow rescuing Cobra Commander from the Joes). Also, one of my favorite vehicles in the early days of the line is the Polar Battle Bear.
As far as Iceberg goes, he's not bad, the yellow balaclava head and yellow gloves are impactful. I like the crossed ammo belts although I don't know if he particularly needs them. My favorite part of the figure are the green and white boots. They look sports inspired as opposed to military inspired. The accessories are nice. The wrapped submachine gun and snowboard compliment the figure very well.
