GI Joe's new mechanic, BREAKDOWN.

A constant perfectionist, Breakdown has an uncanny knack to fix anything. He also keeps a cool head under fire, which is necessary when repairing a broken tread while a squad of Cobra Troopers advance on his position!

Custom totally was put together just because of the accessories, and once I figured out a way to mount them to the pack, Breakdown was born.
