Cobalt is one of the slowly growing number of ZomPoc survivors taking on the role of peacekeeper and law enforcement. Cobalt patrols the wastes between several enclaves trying to ensure that marauders and no good dirt bags aren't causing trouble.

This figure came to me unfinished in a collection I purchased. I added the accessories; helmet, holster, rifle, pistol. Then I painted it up.
