Entire figure is a MU She Hulk with lots of sculpt work.

Miss Demeanor like Rock Krusher serves as the muscle for Big Boss' Crooks. The difference is unlike Rock Krusher she is as intelligent as she is strong making her one of the most dangerous crooks the COPS face.

I loved the C.O.P.S. toy line as a kid as they were really just large GI Joes, but I always waned them to scale with the Joes.

The dress is sculpted and it was a pain. I wouldn't say I'm 100% happy with it but it looks very similar to the cartoon. .

Sadly like the other awesome female characters Miss Demeanor never received a figure in the vintage line.
