I tried a few new things with this figure.

I used hockey tape to make the scarf
I used heat shrink tubing for a custom pistol holster as well as a tablet holster
I used magnets for the first time to hold accessories to the figure allowing for different configurations depending on the job he's trying to do.

This figure was heavily influenced by the work of Bruce F. Chargualaf as well as the work of Rotgut Station creator Empire Toy Works. I wanted to create a figure that I could see getting into trouble around Rotgut.
