General Hawk sent Agent Faces to investigate several murders in the Westworld theme park. Agent Faces sent a series of terrifying images to Joe Command. The park is actually a massive Cobra BAT facility. Shortly after his last transmission, Faces never checked back in with Joe Command. General Hawk sent a small team to investigate the park and find out what happened to Agent Faces. Duke was given command of a 5 member Joe squad consisting of himself, Snake-Eyes, and 3 Joes who are currently listed as classified.
