Chuckles was a figure that I just didn't understand. He was supposed to be undercover so why does he have knife strapped to his leg and a gun to his chest with green Army paints? The original did nothing for me and neither did the 25th version, but he still has a part in G I Joe. The new head didn't look anything like him, so that had to be changed. The legs with that huge knife sheath was bad. They could have done a better job on his shirt - nothing like the original.
