A POW in a Nazi camp, he was given a serum that enhanced him physically and turned him into a Super Soldier. Sound familiar? It should. People like Captain America and the Joe team's own Super Trooper have their own serum origins but whereas they're very out in the public eye, Destroyer works in the dark.
