Hi-Tech was tinkering around in his lab one day and was trying to build a fun toy for his nephew. After putting an antenna on a simple but sleek chassis, he called it good and went back to programming an attack program for his HOUND. Unfortunately, he absentmindedly forgot to swap the cords between Bob and HOUND and was uploading all sorts of combat info to what was supposed to be a child's toy. Bringing itself online after hours, Bob was under the impression he was in a simulation and his only weapon was an electro-static charge he could direct from his antenna. Fortunately his mobility was limited and the Joe team was able to subdue it until Hi-Tech could shut it off.

The toy is now undergoing beta testing for a more kid friendly version.
