Blizzard is another one of the Joe Team's Cold Weather Operations experts. His ability to hit a target while downhill skiing is uncanny. He has competed in the Winter Olympics taking gold in Biathlon an event made up of cross country skiing and rifle shooting.

His last known location has him heading towards an as yet unidentified location in Northern Alaska, it seems all of the Joe Team Cold Weather Operations experts are converging on the same area. What will come of this is unknown.
