Giggles, named for the childlike giggles that come from behind the mask as he mows down the undead. He roams the vast swathes of wasteland that separate the coasts. His goal is simple, destroy as much as possible. Zombies, marauders, criminals, property, he is happy to eliminate all of it.

On several occasions he was seen traveling with Smiley. Nothing good can come of that.
