Base - POC Skydive

Batman is paralyzed, beaten by Bane. Mr. Freeze grabs the opportunity to turn Gotham into an Ice City. Batgirl and Azrael arrives to put an end to Mr. Freeze's insanity but both failed. Who can stop Mr. Freeze now? The U.S. Government sends G.I. Joe. Stalker, Frostbite, Fast Draw, Hard Ball, Crazy Legs, Major Storm, Grunt and Shooter were among the Joes assigned by General Hawk to defeat Mr. Freeze and bring forth order to Gotham City.

I saw someone repainted a POC Skydive with blue and green and it gave me idea of creating a Fast Draw figure using a POC Skydive as base. Thanks to Bucky for the missile launchers, I finally have my own Fast Draw figure for my collection.
