After making my Steel Brigade Squad for the Resurgence II project in 2015, I had a spare Steel Brigade Delta body in my fodder bin. I used the head and vest for other projects as well. The uniform is molded in a great shade of green so rather than leaving it in the pile of fodder that I could paint over, I decided to combine it with Cobra Shock Trooper parts.

I'm not sure how to fit a green Shock Trooper into my Joe-verse yet. He could be an officer or he could be part of a team that is based in a specific installation (i.e. Extensive Enterprises special intervention squad in case of a security breach).
