Although Grand Slam's specialty is listed as artillery, the HAL is clearly an anti-air weapon. With that in mind, I decided to have this version of him be the anti-air trooper for the Joes.

I don't normally use non ARAH parts for my customs, but the Eagle Force weapon resembled a stinger launcher well enough that I decided to roll with it. Plus, it was the right size proportion to fit with the original line.
