Resolute CC

Once I noticed the Blue on Resolute troopers worked well for using them with snow serpents, it became a logical choice to use this Cobra Commander for the basis of an arctic CC.

I have never cared for the "incompetent" Cobra Commander many people like to portray him as, in both the comics and the early toon episodes he proved to be fairly effective at being a terrorist leader. With his greatest fault being that he allied himself with Destro.
