The Joe versus Cobra, Spy Troops, Valor vs. Venom stuff catches a lot of flack these days, but it really was pretty great from a customizing stand point. Fairly inexpensive figures with a very limited list of characters. Footloose didn't show up in the line until the end, so early on he needed a custom to fill the void. He was always a fun character in the cartoon so he has always been needed on my Joe teams.
