the WHALE was a favorite vehicle as a kid, I recieved it and the T.T.B.P on the same Christmas. So Cutter got a lot of playtime. He was also in a lot of early Joe comics I had. He's been one of my favorite Joes forever. This custom was a long time coming. The Hasbro offering was underwhelming. I finally found a cast head I liked. Since I love that sweater Hasbro keeps putting out I decided to upgrade to it. Now I just need to complete my 30th anniversary WHALE.
