Silver Fix is the senior mechanic of the Cobra organization. He is in fact the Chief Mechanical Officer, the leader of the Techno Viper corps. A man that have dedicated his entire live to construct and deconstruct vehicles and machines.

Tired of customizing civilian vehicles he desired to step up his art at customizing military equipment. Too old to be accepted at the official army, Destro didn't hesitate at hiring him and giving him total liberty for fixing, tuning up, construct new machines and of course repairing them.

Silver Fix code name is based in two things: His "silver" hair that denote his age and experience and in one of his favorite tools, the silver tape.

He wears silver tape around his neck for covering a nasty scar that almost decapitated him.
