Dillon is the teams covert operations and intelligence expert. He is in charge of evaluating cover risks and to gather information about the mission.

I had an epiphany when looking for a suitable head for the character. When staring at Heavy Duty's I thinking how cool face sculpt he had, BAM! I realized I only have to move his cap to the forward.
