Major Bludd is a very well know character in the Joeverse.

Same design like my ARAH Bludd but this time in NS New Sculpt format. I have to say I took the idea from Joecustoms user JAY.

I based this design on 1985 movie Commando, in its villain Bennet, which in the movie sported a similar outfit.

One thing that I liked a lot was the fact that the head sculpt came without the helmet making him more character accurated.
