Like many fans, the original 13 Joes were my introduction to GI Joe. Shortfuse, Flash and Grunt were my first and remain among my favorites Joe team members. When the 25th line started, I wanted to collect the original 13. Hasbro slowly released over the course of a couple of years. Unfortunately, most of them had flaws (wrong colors, articulation, etc), so I have been customizing my own.

For Flash, I wanted to see what a more tactical version of him would look like. I swapped the red for khaki and changed the legs to ones with holsters rather than leg pads.
