from a young age Mitchell Anderson was fascinated with cameras, earning him the nickname "Lensman". If he didn't have a film camera he had a video camera, when digital cameras became a thing, he was first in line. He studied cinematography cementing his love of motion picture photography.

When it came time to find a job he gravitated toward journalism. He wanted to travel the world, and travel he did. From Iraq to Afghanistan, and places in between, he has seen every major conflict of the last decade through a camera view finder.
