This is a very old custom. Seems like he's been floating around forever. I made him to be a spotter for the ARAHC Low Light, but then decided Low Light doesn't really need or want a spotter. So he sort of just hangs around. I'm not crazy about the custom, but I must like it a little, at least, since he's never been re-foddered. So many others that I made around the same time have been recycled into various other customs by now. Kind of sad, really.
