One of the things I always loved about GI Joe was all the removable gear. Many times this included the removable helmets, so it always kind of annoyed me when a figure came with a sculpted on helmet. I never understood what made them decide to do it that way in some figures, but I decided to fix it, where I could. Lift Ticket's huge helmet was a good place to start. Luckily, Scoop bore a passing resemblance to Lift Ticket, including the dopey grin. It takes a lot of patience to hollow out a head and make it a helmet, as well as a steady hand.
