Little is known about Mayhem. He is only loyal to General Blitz and seems to only exist to cause pain and death. It is believed he was another Nazi Soldier that was frozen in the forties, but the cryo process has had adverse effects on him. Whenever combat becomes up close and personal he relishes wielding his battle axe to destroy his enemies.
