As the Joe team's Intervention Specialist, Bullhorn prefers to resolve conflict peacefully and without resorting to violence. Unfortunately he knows that isn't always going to be an option, which is why he's also an expert sharpshooter and spotter.
When not on base working as a conflict manager or in the field acting as hostage negotiator, he will often be sent out as part of a sniper team to act as either the spotter or even the shooter. It's not an aspect of his job he enjoys, but its better than mediating an arguement between Bazooka and Footloose over who at the last frosted honey bun.

This simple custom was designed to fill a niche in my collection. I wanted to add another spotter to my team, and since Bullhorn came with not one but two sniper rifles, I decided to use him.
