the DEF was the first Cutter figure I received as a kid, and I though he was a really cool figure, but I wasn't sure why he'd always be wearing a life vest.

I wanted to make a custom figure of Cutter outside of the life preserver, and these parts just sort of fell together on this relatively simple custom.
I drilled holes in the overly large submachine gun so I could peg it to his chest and have it look like its slung across there.
