The Sierra Unit is a special security team often assigned to covert operations overseas. Their missions include protection for high value assets such as generals or members of the executive branch, Intel/counter intel operations, and retrieving missing assets in hostile territory.
The concept for this subset came from an article I had read about Delta Force Operators and some of the tasks they take on, in the pictures the Operators were dressed down more as civilians than military operators.

With a number of missions taking place in the middle east the last several decades it made sense that Dusty would be part of this team.
I wanted to put together a Dusty figure that I could use in a broader sense by using parts and colors that are somewhat neutral and not environmentally specific.
